To Get the Jeweled Triceratops Masterpiece blueprint:
It takes 500 clicks on The Dinosaur Excavation Module to get the Jeweled Triceratops blueprint, so it's probably a good idea to build that module early.
Buy The Dinosaur Excavation Module blueprint at Dr Killroy's for 5 Green LEGO Bricks.
Build The Dinosaur Excavation Module for 10 Green LEGO Bricks and 10 Yellow LEGO Bricks.

To Get Green LEGO Bricks:
Buy the Prehistoric Fern Module blueprint from Jen Juniper for 10 Yellow LEGO Bricks.

NOTE: Be careful not to click on a Dino Ambush Module, Rank 1 which looks very similar to the Dino Grazing Rank 1 or you'll lose your Green LEGO Bricks. Hover your mouse on the module to check the description before clicking. The ambush module has the title “Dino Grazing Module”, but it is on the second line. Real modules have the title on the top line in blue.
NEW NOTE: Unfortunately this trick no longer works. Now the ambush module looks exactly the same as the real module! I tried clicking one a couple times but never lost any green bricks so I'm not sure how many you may lose. As soon as you click one, the hungry dinosaur pops out, so it's easy to see the ambush when you first click one.
