getting to rank 4 in my lego network

Ingredients for the Speedy Motorcycle Masterpiece:
- 5 Victory Trophys
- 2 Tires
- 1 Engine
- 80 Blue LEGO Bricks
- 40 Yellow LEGO Bricks
- 1 Nitro

Consider adding another Water Mill Module (or 2 if you can stand the wait) before getting too far into this level. I seem to be constantly short of blue bricks.

To Get Yellow LEGO Bricks:
Skip the Scrap Yard Sticker Module in favor of the Solar Collecting Module. The reason is that the Sticker Module makes the same amount of bricks and costs about the same, but it takes up 3 times as much space.
Buy Solar Collecting Module blueprint at Radia's for 7 Blue Bricks .
Build Solar Collecting Module for 30 Blue LEGO Bricks + 1 Potted Plant + 1 Honey Pot.

To Get First Car Blueprint:
Buy Engine at Scrap Yard Joe's for 5 Blue Bricks.
Buy Solar Power Cell blueprint at Radia's for 1 Engine.
Build Solar Power Cell for 1 Mason Jar + 1 Yellow LEGO Brick.
Buy Stunt Car Rank 1 blueprint at MacRacer's for 1 Solar Power Cell.

To Get Tires:
Buy Merchobot Module at Scrap Yard Joe's for 1 Giant.
Build Merchobot Module for 1 Engine + 25 Blue LEGO Bricks + 2 Yellow LEGO Bricks + 1 Solar Cell.
Someone on your friend list needs to put up a Merchobot. Everyone click it to send out 3 tires randomly.

To Get Even More Yellow Bricks:
Buy Engine at Scrap Yard Joe's for 5 Blue Bricks.
Send Radia an Engine to get BFF Module blueprint.
Build BFF Module for 5 Victory Ribbons + 5 Potted Plants + 10 Yellow LEGO Bricks.
If your friend also builds a BFF Module, you can both double your Yellow Brick intake.

To Get First Track Blueprint:
Buy Engine at Scrap Yard Joe's for 5 Blue Bricks.
Send MacRacer an Engine to get Stunt Track Module Rank 1 blueprint.

To Get Masterpiece Blueprint:
Build and race all the tracks in the order listed above. Win on your own Stunt Track Rank 3 to get the Victory Trophy blueprint. Buy the Speedy Motorcycle Masterpiece blueprint at Radia's page for 1 Victory Trophy.

To Get Victory Ribbons:
You'll need 60 Victory Ribbons to complete this level. The masterpiece blueprint costs 1 trophy {10 ribbons} and building the masterpiece costs 5 trophies {50 ribbons}. The key to completing this rank is to collect ribbons as you work through the tracks. You need to build each of the tracks in order to get the Victory Trophy blueprint. (see Order of Tracks above). Each track costs a car to build, but before spending your car on building your track, go find someone who's already built their track and race them. For each car you build, be sure to win lots of ribbons before spending that car to build the next track. Hope this makes sense, I'll add a more detailed post about Getting Victory Ribbons soon.
